If you had purchased a Phlat Out Video Magazine Subscription and you are still getting charged annually or bi-annually through PayPal, please do the following:

Go to your PayPal account, go to "Edit Profile" then under the middle column, "Financial Information", click on the "Recurring Payment" link. This should show you whatever Active Recurring Payments you have. Delete or remove it there.

I cannot do anything on my end other than just refund the money when I see it. And, sometimes I may not check that account for a month or so.

The problem is NOT on my end of it. You have to change it in your own account.

I apologize for the inconveinence and again, thanks to all of you who did support us, we had a blast.
