Engine

Chromed; valve cover, intake manifold, hood support bar, water pump, water pump pulley, water inlet housing tube, firewall bracket, fuel filter clamp/bracket, custom radiator fan, charcoal canister clamp/bracket, hood latch assembly and support bracket, battery hold down bracket and engine hooks. All chrome done by Alex Acosta from Palm Springs Plating in Palm Springs, Ca.

Painted Red; fuel filter, throttle body, distributor cap, and magnetic spark igniter.

Polished; Mass air flow sensor, and radiator cap.

Added chrome, red, and black wire loom throughout the engine compartment.

All hoses have been steel braded and reattached with ideal polished clamps covered with red anodized covers. All vaccum lines have been changed out to red vaccum hose.

I had a Linex coating sprayed underneath the hood.

Shawn Canela from Suspension Dimension installed a ceramic coated and polished Pace-setter header and exhaust piping that flows into a flow-master muffler. Shawn also installed hardened steel trailer fenders into the engine compartment. They serve as fenderwells that also helped in setting the firewall tire area back from the tires when the truck is set on the ground. Shawn then installed a CNC polished aluminum brake & clutch cyclinder and pedal unit as the factory brake booster no longer fit. As these mods brought the truck even lower, Shawn notched the steering shaft side upper control arm and also built a new under-oil pan crossmember.

I installed a polished aluminum custom fuel cell by Devious Customs in the rear bed of the truck.

Exterior

2.5" Body dropped cab done by Custom Creations in Yucca Valley, Ca. Bed bodropped by myself and my brother Kevin.

I added a pair of summit wheel tubbs to the bed and had a Linex coating sprayed inside.

The body has been shaved of; door handles, bed rock guards, windshield squirters, cowel vents, antenna hole on fender, 3rd brake light, tailgate handle, tailgate bodyline, tail lights, and gas door. I added a roll pan with LEDs and welded the tailgate shut. I also added a frenced box to the tailgate to hold the license plate. I did most of the bodywork, but had some help from my brother Kevin, Robert Ardy (Browneye), and Ben May (Benji).

Finish bodywork and paint performed by Ed Warren (Fast Eddie) of FED Customs in Yucca Valley, Ca. Ed painted the truck to match my logo with Spies Hecker Permacon 2002 Audi Lazer-Rot Red and midnight Black two-tone with a metallic silver flame outlined in bright yellow that divides the red and black. Dupont cleared, color sanded and buffed to perfection.

Before flames continue down the side of the truck, it starts out as a straight line all along the bottom of a Toyota 4 Runner valance and skips over a chrome and red 4 runner front-end and onto Toyota 4x4 fenders.

Interior

Everything wrapped in Cardinal Red and Black tweed. Door panels and 95 Honda Civic Seats are Red and Black with Silver Carbon Fiber flame to match exterior paint. Seats and Panels done by American Auto Apholstery in Corona, Ca. My Dad made the console, and my Mom made the headliner. Everything else was done by myself.

Added a SEVERED TIES logo rear view mirror.

Suspension

4 corner Firestone airbagged suspension by FED Customs in Yucca Valley, Ca. Bag job includes; 2 Viair 380 chrome compressors, 2 ARO air solenoids, 2 Hack Shack chrome air tanks, and 3/8 double walled Furon airline. 3/8 O.D. chrome hardlines run from the compressors to the air tanks in the bed.

Frame notched and bridge added. Rear-end has a tri-angulated TCI 4-link. I installed some drop spindles and had them painted red to match truck.

Ryan Fogus helped me with fabricating a new tranny crossmember, so the truck would lay flat.

Added another solenoid and switch to run an Off-Highway Caterpillar dumptruck airhorn. Yeah, it's loud.

Wheels

18" chrome KMC Five's and are wrapped in 215/35/18 Falken rubber.

Stereo

I've got a Pioneer AVH-P6500DVD In-Dash DVD Multimedia AV Receiver. The rest of the system is under construction with Kicker components.

Awards

MiniTruckin' Magazine Cover Truck Jan 2005 and tons of show trophys.

Future Plans

Kicker system.
