Engine

NEW!!! Stock block but bored .020" for custom JE 8.5:1 turbo pistons....stock rods but shot-pened, polished, and weight matched....knifed edged and balanced factory crank....entire bottom-end assembly has been balanced to perfection. As for the head, it has had a full rebuild including some mild porting as well as a three angle valve job. I am still running the stock camshaft since I could not find anything that would agree with my application. Other new items include a better-than-factory timing chain set, new water pump, new oil pump, new distributor, cap, and rotor, and other misc. parts to complete everything. Topping it all off is a lightened and balanced 240sx flywheel and a dual friction Centerforce high performance clutch and bearing set.

Also, recently installed is a custom built turbo kit consisting of a custom JGS tubular manifold, Turbonetics T3/T04E turbo, Deltagate wastegate, JGS intercooler, Venom fuel injectors, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, and custom tuned Haltech stand-alone EMU. Tuned at 15 psi running 303.7whp and 309.2 ft./lbs. torque.

Update:::No more Haltech. Needed cash in a hurry so I sold the EMU. Engine now de-tuned to 225 whp. Sorry:(
